Tutt Walker
Tutt was a graduate of the University of Tampa and got his radio start there on the campus radio station, WTUN-FM. He came to WONN in 1959 to do mornings but was moved to a different day part when the highly popular Buddy Penn was brought in as the station’s “morning mayor.”
