Dom Theodore
Dom Theodore, a.k.a. Domino, worked at 93.3FLZ starting in 1994 as a part-time air personality, hosting the Power Jam on Saturday nights. He also worked in production there, was music director, a late night, then midday air personality, eventually PD, a fill-in talk show host on WFLA, and Regional CHR Brand Manager for Jacor Broadcasting.
Before moving to Tampa Bay, early gigs included Detroit’s WHYT and WDFX, and Saginaw’s WIOG and WTCF. His departure from WFLZ in 2001 took him to Houston for a year to PD KRBE before becoming operations manager of Detroit’s WKQI/WDFN/WXDX and Clear Channel CHR Brand Manager. He was named Clear Channel Detroit’s Regional VP of Programming in 2006, then joined CBS Radio in late 2008 as its VP/CHR Programming.
Since 2012, Theodore has been President/CEO of RadioAnimal, LLC, a broadcast media strategies and consulting business, GM of the Glenn Beck Program, and VP/Programming for The Blaze Radio Network, overseeing programming strategy, imaging, and talent for the Blaze Radio Network. In addition to serving as COO of Mainestream Media in Portland, ME, owner and operator of WHTP-FM, he and his wife own and operate WCDY-FM in Cadillac, MI.
