Dick Blanchard

Nicknamed “Dickie Doo,” Dick Blanchard worked in many top markets around the country including Atlanta (WPLO), Pittsburgh (KQV), Manchester (WFEA), Albany (WPTR), Orlando, Pensacola (WBSR), and in Tampa Bay at rocker WALT where he was morning man in 1966. His last station before leaving radio in 1973 was Big WAYS in Charlotte. 

At the time of his death in August 1986 from cancer, Dick was sales manager at a Boca Raton, Florida auto dealership.
