Dangerous Dan E. Miller
Dan was Tampa native A.J. Anello whose early radio career began as a staff announcer at Tampa’s WPKM-FM 104.7 and Lakeland’s WVFM 94.1. In the late 1960’s he became the mid-day Boss jock at Dunedin’s oldies station WCWR and in the early 1970’s did news for WLCY and WDAE.
Following work at WKKE in Ashville, NC and WMID-AM in Atlantic City, NJ, A.J. returned to Florida and filled a news opening at WINZ in Miami and then the Production Director’s spot at WBJW-AM in Orlando. He went on to become an engineer at educational TV outlets WUFT in Gainesville and WEDU in Tampa.
Out of radio now for many years, today (2006) A.J. works for Verizon Global Networks in New York.
