Marsha was in the third grade when she moved to Orlando with her family in the 1960’s. After high school she got her BA degree in radio and television from Morehead State University in Kentucky.
While in college, Marsha worked at several small AM stations doing a little bit of everything. She went on to become a morning news anchor and midday deejay for Orlando’s WDIZ-FM (1977-80) and a street reporter for WMFE (1980-1986) before joining WDBO as a midday news anchor and street reporter in 1986.
Marsha became news director in 1988 and held that post until leaving WDBO in late 2012.
